White frames beyond the image?

I’m working with an image that’s cropped tight. I want a white frame around the outside of the image. Is this supported?

Yes and no.
For this, you must use FilmPack

I have FilmPack. AFAIK, all framing happens inside the image’s border.

Correct, But even so the frames available in FilmPack are limited.

There is a position option with 2 choices, one for inside the image and one for outside. This feature is just below the size slider.

ADDED: (I just spotted that patch of blue under the horse. It was there when I d/l the image from Pixabay. Straaange…)

EDIT: Replaced original u/l with retouched image, removing the blue patch mentioned above.
