You left the system of giving the installation files different names. The correct filename should be DxO_PhotoLab5.0.2_Setup.exe.
I complained about this with the last updat and we look to be back being ignored abouy it

Why not just rename it yourself?

We had this topic already in PL3 or PL4 and they promised to give every new update it’s own name, according to the version. They did it all the time with PL4 as far as I can see. But now they are back to the old bad habits. Have you ever seen the download folder of a normal user? No computer crack?

It is not really an issue for me. I download each update to its own subfolder, but I agree that the downloads should be uniquely named.
