Stacking filters in Color Efx Nik Collection 5 - Add filter button missing

After upgrading to Collection 5 I can’t seem to stack filters. The Add Filter button is missing. Any ideas?

Click on the “+” symbol of the filter. You have to mouse over to see it.

Alternatively, hold down the Shift-key while clicking on a filter - and it will be added to the filter stack.
