Selection of persons or things to cut and paste

I cannot find a selection tool to select persons or things to cut and paste. Move it to an other photo.

There isn’t any such tool in PhotoLab, as that is not what PhotoLab is aiming to provide. PhotoLab allows you to make modifications to an image (RAW or otherwise), with the modifications kept as a record of the changes (in the PhotoLab database and, if you choose, sidecar files with a .DOP extension), leaving the original image file unaltered. To cut and paste elements from one image to another you would need to use a pixel-based editor - such as Photoshop or Affinity.
