I have photos taken by my iPhone X. I had trouble seeing them on PL4 but in the end managed it. Now I have an error when I click the Export to Disc icon because it says that there was an error and it failed. But PL4 won’t tell me what the error is.
Please good people help me!

Could you, please, provide us with the screenshot of the error you see and some of your images for the analysis + logs (%UserProfile%\Documents\DxO PhotoLab 4 logs for Win or /Library/Logs/ for Mac).

Good morning to you. I was in contact with the team at DxO and discovered that the iPhone X, which is the one I have, is not yet available as an input to PhotoLab 4. But they are working on an upgrade that will make the iPhone X a compatible item.
