Ps plugins not compensating for monitor profile

I use my secondary monitor for most critical image editing because of its wider gamut. It is profiled with the NEC software and an EyeOne puck, and the profile works perfectly with Ps. I work primarily with Lightroom, so images carried over to Ps are embedded with the PhotoProRGB profile and gamut.

I have a problem with the Nik plugins properly compensating for color when want to work with the wide gamut display. The lack of compensation is obvious because the colors are overly saturated, compared to the original image, which can be easily viewed with one window on top of the other on the same display.

I have the most recent versions installed. Has anyone noticed the behaviour? Is there a fix?
