it opensbut is blocked ( only exit with cont+alt+canc) reboot PC no changes . disinstalled and reinstalled > non changes

Could you, please, be more detailed? Which platform you are working on? Which version of PhotoLab do you try to run?
I have Windows 10 64 bit updated and Photolab3 elite updated .When i open the program the page normally is there but all clicking are useless , nothing works so I have to use Contr+alt+canc to exit
I think ,let me know your opinion , one of the latest updates of windows are the problem as I don’t use this program from a long time ( COVID !)

- Well, it should not as PL3 works fine with Win2004 update.
You should do the following:
Create a ticket on support.dxo.com and provide them with your logs (%UserProfile%\Documents\DxO PhotoLab 3 logs).
