An option to create an pixelated aera in a picture would be nice.
E.g. to make a face or the number plate of a car unrecognizable.
An implementation in the Retouch tool might be not too difficult.
Surely this wouldn’t be an every-day tool - but helpful from time to time.
You can do this with local adjustment masks and the blur tool
