Photolab 5 and goodbye to lightroom

I have been using Photolab for over 2 years now as my main raw editor and only used Lightroom for GPS logging and searching, but now with the release of PL5 with new metadata features and especially with GPS logging capabilities, I can probably retire my legacy version of Lightroom (version 5.7). I love the GPS mapping functions and have been able to finally figure out the keyword/search functions to the point that that’s all I need. I think Lightroom is a good product, but I never could accept the subscription model, especially after Adobe said Lightroom would not go subscription (big lie). Photolab is one heck of a raw editor, especially with it’s incorporation of NIK software. I can use it as my base and go back and forth between it and other apps effortlessly.

Thanks for theupgrade,
Jim L
