Photo Lab 2 crashes every time I try to open it. Photo Lab 1 works fine

I’m on a 3 year old iMac running OSX Sierra 10.12.6. Photo Lab 2.1.0 Elite build 14 crashes every time I try to open it. Photo Lab 1 still works fine. I spent a lot of money on this new version and am quite upset that I can’t use it. Any suggestions? Thanks… - Rob in Oregon 1.

PL 2.1.1 build 17 is the latest, try to update. Also any reason you are still on Sierra? Running fine here on High Sierra.

Thanks for the replies. I had a MAC expert come over and check things out. We discovered that one ore more of my very old photo files are corrupt (can’t find which ones) and when I try to open the folder that has those files in it, PL2 crashes. There is no problem with other folders/files. The folder works okay with PL1. However, I think that if PL1 works, PL2 should, too. We upgraded to the latest Mac OS and the latest PL2. Still disappointed.
