DxO’s products are my go to for photo editing. However, I also use On1’s Photo RAW 2020.1 and Skylum’s Luminar AI as they have features that provide me with something different when I feel a photo needs something different. The one thing that especially impresses me with On1 and Skylum and where DxO is lacking is after the sale engagement with customers through additional products the customer can obtain for free or via purchase. I would really like to see DxO do a bit more after the sale in the form of preset/recipe/LUT packages for the end user (both free and paid) as they can often be the building blocks for new ideas.
