With DxO 11, I was always able to set a keyboard short cut (command E) using System Preferences>Keyboard>shortcuts>App shortcuts. In PL this doesn’t work; there is a blank where Export to application… should be and command E does nothing. Can’t find it in use elsewhere.
PS - OK, this is over-ridden by the menu from the whatsit in the bottom right hand corner to the right of the blue tab…or the blue tab can be toggled by Control
