These tools deserve some attention in my opinion:
If a camera reports distance and FL values, the tools are disabled as shown above - and all is well.
If a camera does NOT report these values or reports something that DPL does not understand, the tools come to life as shown below:
Manually setting the values improves a few optical corrections (e.g. distortion) that are otherwise plain wrong. I therefore propose that
- the two tools be fused into one called “Manual Override” (or whatever)
- status of the tools be visible, even if the tools are collapsed by adding an icon that activates if manual corrections are necessary, possibly using the usual on/off toggle.
