HDR Efex Pro2 not working in Photoshop CC since upgrade

I upgraded to the most recent version of this suite this week, but now see that when i launch HDR Efex Pro 2 from within Photoshop it just freezes Photoshop and i have to crash out of the App. Works fine from within DXOPL4.

Is this a bug?

I upgraded and HDR image does not load to PS layer appropriately. Image have large pixelated boxes.
Any solution?
