Purchased Photo Lab 5 Elite and began to have issues right away. Did an upgrade this morning and nothing has changed. System freezes up. I have one image that has been created over 50 times and system will not allow me to Remove it. Have called Support, but their lack of response leads me to ask for a refund rather than continue with a product so flawed.
