Export io Flickr "Not Responding"

When all photos are selected for export to Flickr, the dialog form appears, then immediately fades and “Not Responding” appears on the title bar.

After a minute or two it responds again. Using this dialog to add tags is painfully slow and causes a further hang.

Eventually the export proceeds normally.

Windows 11, PhotoLab Elite current and previous versions, 12 cores and 64GiB RAM.
