Hi John, I will try with 2 and see what happens. At the moment 4 is not crashing the mac but the export process is excruciatingly slow!

Not necessarily. As far as I’ve tested on my 8 core iMac, the sweet spot is around 3 and 4 (out of a selectable 12). Processing more images in parallel proved to be counter-productive.
Hi platypus. That’s what I said. Going down from 4 to 2 could be slower. But yes I can see that if for his system 4 is too many then 2 could also speed it up.
