DxO Software - New Cameras & Lenses support (16 April 2024 update)

The update 6.5.1 has only been released for MacOS. Presumption is that the Win 6.5.1 will be released later or that 6.5.1 was designed to fix some Mac-Specific problem only.

Fred

Hello @fred081273 ,

for the moment PhotoLab 5 and 6 support same cameras and lenses.
Your lens is planned, I hope to be able to support it for September.

Marie

Hello @macdod ,

I don’t see why your files are not supported, unless you use mRAW or sRAW.
What product and which version do you use ?
Can you provide a sample file?

Marie

i will double check file type when i get home. the extension is cr3. how can i get you a sample file?

for one file you can simply attach it here or if you prefer you open a ticket on upload.dxo.com under your forum name and let me know when ready.

Hello, is there any plan to add support for the sigma 16-28 f2.8 in L-mount?
Thanks
Matthieu

Hello @carabin

I’ll try to plan it for this summer, at the latest in September.

Marie

Hello, any plans for Sony 50mm 1.4 GM?
Best regards, Thomas

My forum username is macdod and I uploaded 2 files. The image type is CR3, it appears to be a standard raw image. I have a pdf with a screenshot of dxo unable to read the file and microsoft photo with the info for the file on screen. The version is photolab 6, version 6.5.0 build 171 elite.

Hello @macdod ,

thanks for the image, I have no trouble to open it in PhotoLab 6 on Windows.
I’ve asked support team to contact you to analyze the problem and retrieve useful information.

Regards,
Marie

Hello @tme ,

We plan to support the FE 50mm F1.4, of course. It will be for this summer.

Marie

Great news, thank you!

Hi Marie,

YES! This is great news!

Thanks so much, Marie & DxO!! :100: :white_check_mark:

In regards to support for the Nikon Z8 in July, will that include the high efficiency file formats or will there potentially be a delay for that similar to the Z9? One other question. I saw that future support for the Z 400 and Z 600. Which 400 will be supported? I have the f/2.8 TC. Thanks!

Hi,

I still cannot find support for

Sigma 24mm F2 DG DN | C (C021) - Sony FE

using my A7ii (DxO Photolag 6.5). AM I doing something wrong or has it been delayed / canceled?

Thanks in advance
Joe

Until the Z8 hits the streets it’s difficult to know
