DxO PureRAW 3 (Windows) gets stuck with "About 1 second remaining"

At the very end of converting an uncompressed RAF file from my Fujifilm X-T5, to output a linear DNG, the progress bar gets stuck at the very end with the message “About 1 second remaining”.
Coming back to this after 45 minutes it’s still there. It produced an output DNG file, which I can successfully open in Photoshop CC 2023 (which presumably means the integrity of the DNG file is OK).

Windows 10
Intel core i5, 6 CPUs
16 GB RAM
2 TB SSD hard drive
Latest PureRAW 3 (.exe version 3.2.0.545), licensed

I have managed to process my RAF files without this problem before.
