DxO Processing Error

I am using DxO Pure Raw on a Windows 10 platform, If I select more than one image (say 2 images) to process the system will indicate it is processing image 2/2 even though it starts on the first image, when finished image 1 it reports a processing error for image 2.

Welcome to the forum, @L100HERC

The issue you describe looks like something I’d address to
https://support.dxo.com/hc/de/requests/new

What hardware do you use? Dedicated GPU? If so, which? Without any information it’s very hard to help you at all

Hi.

Your hardware is on the low end. The processor is below or close to the minimum requirements and you don’t have a dedicated graphics card.

I don’t know the settings of PureRaw by heart and I’m not able to install or look at the moment, but can you set the number of simultaneously processed images in the PureRaw settings? Look under menu File > Preferences and if you can set it, set it to 1. Also make sure to have it set to Auto Detection when it comes to using CPU or GPU. Or force CPU usage as your onboard GPU is next to not existing. It will work for normal use, but is useless for anything real graphical task.

Otherwise, I think your hardware simply is too lightweighted for the task…

It does work if you select 1 image per time? Or when you disable the computational heavy DeepPrime processing?

Thanks for the reply
the settings don’t allow for single file processing however if I select one file to process its OK. So it looks like a hardware up grade is required. I have also selected “Auto detection” for the deep prime acceleration. Thank you very much for the advise.
