DXO 6.3 acting like it needs activating

Hi I cannot use my presets, and items like deep prime it is if it hasn’t been activated?
Any ideas would be appreciated.

What kind of file are you trying to apply deep prime on?

And, when you say; “I cannot use my presets” - what do you mean exactly ? … What does, or does not, occur when you attempt to do so ?

This could be the solution, I’m travelling today so have it quick try with a DNG, perhaps an original raw will work fine. Thank you
