DPL 2.1 - Internal error ()

Hi,

I get an “internal error ()” message when I try to open this image in DPL 2.1 :

The image is briefly displayed correctly and then I get the error message. No problem in Lightroom or in a viewer. No DOP file associated with this image.

Hm… I do not have any error with your image ‘Bremen_001.ARW’ - with or without the module it’s properly supported by PL2.

Let’s do the following:
1 - Please, check if no ICC or DCP is applied to the image (internal error can occur when a profile is not available for instance).
2 - If #1 is not the case, please in WE put this image in the separate folder and then browse this folder in PL 2.1 - do you have still an issue?

If you still have the issue, please, provide me with your logs.

Sorry for the trouble Svetlana, you’re correct. It’s a wrong DCP profile that is the culprit.
