The “new” forum software shows the date of a post/topic in two ways: as a difference (“one day” etc.) for newer posts and as a date (Jul 17) for older posts/topic.
Imho this is ok for an overview.
But I doubt, that this method really is helpful and reliable.
My problem:
I posted a problem and was asked to upload the log. Yesterday evening the system showed me “posted one day ago”, this morning too. So which logfile to take???
I’d like to see in the post the exact absolute date plus time, imho in MEZ/MSZ as DxO resides in Paris. The other information - one day ago etc. - may remain for a quick overview.
