An internal error has occurred

When running DxO PureRaw from within Lightroom I get multiple messages stating ‘An internal error has occurred … ?:0: attempt to index field ‘rootFile’ (a nil value)’ When the messages stop no file is created.

What versions do you use…

  • PureRAW?
  • Lightroom Classic?
  • Operating system?

Have you tried to remove and re-install DPR?

I have the exact same experience when sending more than one image from LR to PureRAW 2.
However, the images are exported correctly from PureRAW and can be located in the output folder. But they will not automatically import back into LR. But you can import them manually.
