Add file edited in NIK to project

When I edit a file in a NIK plugin. It’s saved as a .tiff file in the same folder as the original file. So far, so good.

But when I do this from a project. That .tiff isn’t in the project. It would be great if there is an option to add the file directly to the project.

You have my vote for that - I ran out of votes hence the reply, and do not forget to vote yourself for your proposal. It still sits at 0

thanks for your vote and the tip

Good idea.
I would maybe include also the exported jpgs, especially if keywords get also editable in Windows.

I think that would be better if the edit was saved in an xmp file which could be compatible with PL, so that could save the extra file size from your folders.

I agree with that. It would be great if the NIK plugins will work like a layer maybe the same as the local adjustments and the edits are saved the the .dop file. I think that’s a huge step and makes PL more a Photoshop tool than a RAW converter. I don know if that’s a good direction to invest the scarce development resources.
