I purchased and installed Nik Collection 4 (upgrade from Nik 3). When I try to launch the software it asks me to activate. Nothing happens when I click the box. It appears to want a license code, which I don’t have. After I bought and installed the software I got an email sending me to a link to register and get the license code. When I clicked the link it says the software is already activated. What is going on? Why can’t I get my license code and use my software?
