Won’t save to disk

Updated to latest version of Photolab and now it will not save/export to the hard drive giving an error message and a red line on the thumbnail image. It does however save to an SD, external hard drive or other media connected to USB, not a RAID drive via Ethernet.

Have tried reinstalling to no avail, has anyone else seen this?

This sounds like a permissions issue. What operating system and version?

11th Gen i7-11800H
16GB RAM
Win 10 64-bit 20H2

Then it could well be something like an anti-virus tool that’s blocking access to the new version. It’s certainly not a limitation of PL

BTW – if it’s not a typo, maybe update to 21H2.
