When a folder of photos is displayed in Windows Explorer and one file selected, the DxO PL logo is displayed, rather than a thumbnail of the photo. What am I doing wrong?

If that doesn’t help, it would be worth trying to associate the JPEG file type with another program and then again with PhotoLab to see if there’s a change. On Windows 10, I’m only seeing the DxO PL icon with RAW files. JPEGs are associated with IrfanView and are showing up as thumbnails.
