Windows activation problem

I have just installed the DxO Nik Collection on my Windows 10 Laptop and it will not activate with the key supplied. I have installed it on my MacBook and it activated straight away. I am being asked to check the key or my internet connection, but if I activate it as a trial in connects with the servers straight away so it must be the key.
