There are a few but most of the phones don´t.
I don’t care about other phones, just iPhone 11-13. 
All Apple iPhone from 11 upwards. From iPhone 12 Pro and up, in the Pro and Pro Max series, Apple introduced ‘Apple ProRaw’ which is a much improved DNG raw format with 12bit colour depth for a phone format.

Well, maybe it’s time for Apple to support their users a little better too. Sony users can choose to use Sonys Imaging Edge as a substitute for Photolab or Lightroom. Don’t they give their customers any option like the camera manufacturers do?
… and there is no support for DNG as is and not a VERY much improved DNG either because the bar is if the camera is supported by Photolab or not. Apple and all other has the same problem to face - the proprietary RAW formats and all the draw backs they are creating for all users. The famous all mighty Apple are no exeption and their users are in exactly the same shit as all the rest despite their phones that now adays cost as a full frame camera.
