My NIK Collection 5.0 fails at install (PSE 2023). It’s a pretty clear failure. The support person asked to run the DXO Diagnostics and send the Zip to her.
I am not happy to run something I don’t know what it does. I am even unhappier to send a Zip file that I don’t know what data it is collecting.
Any experience with this tool? Anyone know exactly what’s in the Zip?
And any ideas on whether this step is meaningful given that the software doesn’t install?
