Website Payment Procedure

I was so impressed by DxO Lab 3 having utilized the trial version on both my Apple laptop and my Microsoft desktop that I attempted to purchase an activation code on the website. All went well [my information, credit card data and receipt of the transaction.

However, the final step “Download” button would not function!

Most importantly I never received an activation code?

Suggestions please

You can login in your account and you’ll see your activation code beside your software.
