Unlike PL when you click on the Help > User Guide and get straight to the Online Manual…with VP it takes you to this page https://support.dxo.com/hc/en-us/categories/204078308-DxO-ViewPoint-3
Where you then need to click on the link to the User Guide 
So perhaps VP needs this to be corrected to point more appropriately to here
