I’m trying out PL4 as a possible replacement for Denoise AI. I’m trying to figure out why files are underexposed when they come back to LR. I send the file to PL4 and only apply Denoise, Lens Sharpness and CA. Exporting I select DNG - Denoise and Optical Corrections only. The files are about ⅓ stop underexposed.
I have a preset that takes sharpening/NR to zero and turns off lens corrections and CA which I apply before sending to PL. The instructions say DXO won’t see any LR adjustments but I use the preset anyway. I also turned Default Preset to no correction.
