Unable to read preset

Bonjour,

Je reocntre des soucis lié à des preset (préréglage) DxO FilmPack. J’ai l’impression que c’est depuis la mise à jour vers Dxo Photolab 4.3.3 mais je n’en suis pas sûr.

Nombreux de mes Presets ne peuvent plus être utilisés au sein de Dxo photolab (ils sont invisibles et je ne peux pas les importer). Voici ce qu’indiquent les logs de Dxo Photolab :

Mais pas plus de détail sur le Unable to read preset…

J’utilise photolab 4.3.3 build 12 et dxo filmpack 5.5.27 build 605. On dirait que c’est suite à la mise à jour récente de photolab que je rencontre ce souci ! La mise à jour de dxo filmpack n’a pas aidé à corriger le problème.

Comment le problème peut-être corrigé ?

Désolé comme je suis nouveau utilisateur je ne peux pas uploader de fichier…

Utilisez-vous Filmpack 5 ou Filmpack 6 ? D’après votre message, il semble que vous utilisez FP5. Le but de la dernière mise à jour de Photolab 4 était de lui permettre d’utiliser le FP6. Je ne suis pas un expert en lecture de fichiers journaux, mais il me semble que PL4 essaie de lire les préréglages de FP6 et ne les trouve pas dans votre FP5, il plante. Avez-vous essayé de réinstaller à la fois FP et PL. Sinon, essayez de désinstaller les deux et de réinstaller d’abord FP, puis PL ensuite.

Merci pour ta réponse et pour ton accueil ! Au final entre temps j’ai réussi à corriger le problème. Pour rappel j’utilise : photolab 4.3.3 build 12 et dxo filmpack 5.5.27 build 605

Tu as raison il y a beaucoup de filtres qui concernent dxo filmpack 6. Donc ceux là c’est normal qu’ils ne fonctionnent pas.

Par contre j’avais ces 5 filtres, qui auraient du fonctionner:
Presets\8 - Modes scène DxO ONE\1 - DxO ONE - Auto.preset
Presets\8 - Modes scène DxO ONE\2 - DxO ONE - Portrait.preset
Presets\8 - Modes scène DxO ONE\3 - DxO ONE - Landscape.preset
Presets\8 - Modes scène DxO ONE\4 - DxO ONE - Night.preset
Presets\8 - Modes scène DxO ONE\5 - DxO ONE - Sport.preset

J’ai simplement renommé les fichiers et ça a fonctionné, les filtres ont réapparues dans photolab. Pour ceux là je n’ai pas compris pourquoi le nom des fichiers posaient problème, mais bon le principal est que je puisse de nouveau utiliser ces filtres que j’utilise beaucoup :slight_smile:
