Just purchased PL5 and PR last week and I am unable to export processed images from PL5 to LRC, I have at least 3 tickets into support starting from last Saturday but so far no reply or help regarding???

Could you, please, provide more details? Which OS are you working on? Which export format (jpg, tiff, without processing) do you use? What error do you see with export? (screenshot is preferrable). And finally, please, provide your logs in a zip ( Log files – %UserProfile%\Documents\DxO PhotoLab 5 logs)

Apart from your export problem, can I ask why you purchased both PL5 and PR, when PL5 already includes the same NR functionality found in PL5?
If I open PL5 as an administrator I can export but it takes one image 9.5 minutes to complete the export to LRC
