I realise this is a niche camera, but for a few of us, it’s nothing more than a regular 1Dx on the photo side. It’s always kind of bitter when this model falls between the cracks when it comes to software support—the normal 1Dx is an insta-add.
I have a pretty full catalog of photos since 2013 with my 1Dc and I would love to be able to go back and tweak my favourite photos.
I now have a Canon R5C, and while I’m (again) in the same situation, I know support for this model is coming soonish.
I can honestly say that I’m blown away with the quality of the raw development in PureRaw2 and would happily pick up a license, as long as my cameras are supported.
I’m thinking/hoping that it takes little more than to bunch the model names in the database so that they are considered as the same camera 1DC/1DX and R5/R5C, which they are.
If not, I’d be happy to upload images and help out that way.
