As far as I can see, the exifs of my Sony A7riii and my Sony A6600 do not have sub-second data, just hh:mm:ss.
I think it started with the A7RIV (maybe) and the A9II. My A9Ii and A1 definitely have it. My original A9 definitely doesn’t.
