That image is not supported by my version of DxO.
Which log files would you like to see? I cannot find any that appear to relate to DxO - how do I recognise them?

It is DxO PhotoLab 2.3.3 build 47.
This is the reply, why the RAW images are not supported - you use PL2 while SonyA7R_IV is supported starting from PL3 as I wrote you above
Please, upgrade to PL3 and your images will be supported.

This version was the one that was available for the 30 day trial. Am I able to download PL3 for a 30 day trial?
I intend to purchase PL3, but only if I can be sure that it is going to be compatible with my camera.
