Silver Efex Pro 2 Crashing

Silver Efex Pro 2 is crashing if I hit cancel. It shuts down PS as well. I am working with the latest update of NIK and latest update of PS as well.

Anyone else?

If not, please, create it and provide them with the logs - c:\Users%User_name%\AppData\Local\DxO\Silver Efex Pro 2\
