Sharp preview

Can developers do something about unsharp previews?
When the image is ‘’fit on screen’’ the preview is not sharp. All the other RAW converters I have (4 of them) give me sharp preview.

Well, we do not have complaints about non-sharp “fit on screen” preview. Could you, please, provide us with the screenshots or video of the issue?

I doubt you could see the difference from printscreen.

Here is what I ment:

Sharpen The Zoomed Out Preview

Please sharpen the zoomed out preview in both library & edit mode. It’s quite poor for such an advanced raw editor. Or at least provide a check box to enable high resolution preview when zoomed out. One of the first things that hit me with PhotoLab 3 after using Lightroom for so long, was how blurred the preview is when zoomed out in both library and edit mode. It’s fine when at 100% or zoomed in, but the poor overview makes things look out of focus when they really aren’t.

Blurry Correction Previews

Does anyone else experience soft correction previews 70% zoom and below when they appear much sharper at 80% and above? I have previously culled some of my images thinking they were soft they should have been but I have now found they are actually good. Clearly something to bear in mind if you are using PL to choose which images are worth processing. Have also checked this in OP11 and find the same issue is there as well.

Oh, this one, got it - I thought you had an issue.
Yes, for now some corrections can be previewed only when zoom level is 75% and higher (they are marked with a special icon).
As long as you need the same with Sharpen The Zoomed Out Preview there is no need to create a separate request but vote for the existing one.
