SFEP Crashing, not saving image

SFEP does not save the image for me, neither through C1 nor standalone, log says

Anyone else experiencing this? Support sends me the general follow-these-steps troubleshooting “tips”. I have actually moved back to v3 and have instructed DxO to refund my purchase. The software quality is not warranting a productive use for me.

Can’t offer any insight other than to say you’re not alone, downgrading seems the best option for now.

I am still working with support for a refund, support acts like my issue is not widespread as refuses the right for a refund, interesting.

My personal view is that this is not a very wise move as the issue clearly exists and DxO should acknowledge this. In the end they toy with customer satisfaction and their own reputation. But these are just my €0,02.

The issue does exist for me too (and another user I’ve exchanged information with). Reported as a bug to DXO with detailed information, resolution is pending.

silver efex crashes everytime I try and use it

Step 1: Analyze the critical path.
Step 2: Identify all tasks that can be shortened with additional resources.
Step 3: Calculate for each task: trade-off, gain, time reduction.
Step 4: Choose the least costly approach.
Step 5: Provide a crashing budget and updated project baselines to the sponsor.
