Hello,
I am trying to arrange the various palettes however when dragging, i can only move them under other palettes but not above.
So if i want to move Histogram to the top, i have to move all the others under it, its very annoying. please fix.
This is a known limitation that has been discussed a number of times over the years. It is apparently a low priority item.
