I often find it difficult to judge the effectiveness of a crop, while I am in the middle of making it, because I am distracted by the to-be-discarded outside-area … because it’s not distinct enough from the area inside the crop.
I would like to see ability to change the opacity of the area OUTSIDE the crop … I understand that this feature is available on the Mac platform, in which case; please make it consistently so for Windows too.
I propose this be a setting (perhaps as an Opacity slider) alongside existing Cropping options for Aspect Ratio, Show Grid, etc
