Remains of DXO Nik Effects 3 after installing DXO Nik Effects 4

After I have installed Nik effects 4 I am left with the previous markers for the various programs from Nik effects 3 in the Edit in menu in Lightroom as per the photo above. How can i get rid of the extra entries on the menu?

Thanks for that Mark, but it didn’t work - HOWEVER you have put me onto a nice little program for the future.
I got rid of the spurious entries by going into LightRoom, Edit | Preferences | Additional External Editor | [choose the one you want to get rid of] | Choose delete preset

Didn’t work? It worked great for me. Did you scan for leftovers and then delete them?
