When my PureRAW 2 Finder Extension is active, my external hard drives show generic icons in the Finder Sidebar. They become normal again when I deactivate the extension.

I get generic icons too.

  • on M1 MacBook Air and macOS Monterey
  • on Intel iMac with macOS Big Sur

Deactivating the extension updates the icons to what we’d expect.

I can confirm the annoying problem for macOS Monterey. When will it be solved?

The problem persists with Ventura 13.1 and PR2 2.3.
