With Luminar I can select the eraser, set size, opacity, etc. When I select the eraser with DXO, I only ever have one size of eraser to choose from. I can set size and opacity in Local Adjustment. but then I can’t use the eraser in the picture. Can you help me?

The eraser is to remove parts of a mask you have already created in one of the other local adjustment tools.
If you use the Erazer (I think, you mean the global repair tool), then you can click on the symbol in the bottom left and open the workspace. There you can then set the size of the brush. Either with the slide switch or you press ALT and the right mouse button and move the mouse horizontally. There is a question mark at the bottom right, you can see further help there.
