I’ve been experiencing these types of UI corruption while running V3 and V4 of PL. Hovering the mouse over the box makes them go away. My system specs is the following:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 3950X
RAM: 32GB DDR4 PC3800
GPU: Nvidia Titan X & GTX 2080 ti running the latest Studio drivers (Issue appears on both GPU)
OS: Windows 10 Pro with latest update.

Please, check if you have Sonic Radar/Studio or Nahimic installed on you PC as @Joanna pointed above and remove/disable it.
