I have been able to customize my work space. However, I am unable to place Tone Curve into the left hand pane…How/why? Thanks.
Solved after a lot of searching.
Palettes>Create User Palette (I called it Tone Curve)>At the bottom of right hand pane, a black box will appear asking you to drop your favorite correction into it. So just drag that correction into it>now you can drag the new palette (Tone Curve) into the left hand pane.
