PL 4.3 – Error opening 16 Bit RAWs – Fuji GFX 100s

4.3 just popped up.
My Fuji GFX 100s should now be supported – after installing the update and fetching the camera/lens module, I get errors on opening images as can be seen in the attachments.
My RAWs are 16 bit compressed – should that work or does the RAW setting need to be adjusted?

I guess that compressed RAW are not supported…@Marie can you confirm? Do we support only uncompressed RAW or also lossless RAW?

Hello,

we usually support all compression of RAF from GF X cameras but some recent firmware update gives us troubles. So depending on your firmware we will support it or not.
We will work to fix that.

issues with firmware update of Fuji GFX have been solved in PhotoLab 4.3.1 which was released on July 7th.
